Teen's
Kung-Fu Class

Picture

Shaolin kung-fu

We teach teens Shaolin kung-fu techniques and forms that incorporate tiger, leopard, snake, crane, and dragon styles.

As part of regular classes, our students also participate in cardio, sparring, and self-defence activities.

Throughout their training, our students participate in gradings to achieve higher belt ranks.

We also offer students opportunities to participate in tournaments and seminars.

The children's class is for teens ages 13 to 18.

Class structure

Each teen's class includes:
  • Time to socialize with other teens in order to build life-long friendships,
  • A warm up,
  • Small group training in Shaolin kung-fu, and,
  • A lesson connecting kung-fu and Biblical values such as respect, discipline, and perseverance.

We also regularly offer teens the opportunity to engage in hands-on community outreach activities like organizing food drives.
