Shaolin kung-fu

We teach children Shaolin kung-fu techniques and forms that incorporate tiger, leopard, snake, crane, and dragon styles.
As part of regular classes, our students also participate in cardio, sparring, and self-defence activities. Throughout their training, our students participate in gradings to achieve higher belt ranks. We also offer students opportunities to participate in tournaments and seminars. The children's class is for children ages 7 to 15. |
